Yeah, USAS/UPAC were doing this meeting on the Late Prehistoric and Joel didn't mention that Ravishing Ron was going to talk about these bodies...made me a little mad to learn that I missed it.
Especially since he asked me to do a Flintknapping demo (DSNs, Cottonwood Tris) the next day at the Hutchings Museum.
The "execution style" killings of these Goshutes disturbs me. I wonder where the disconnect between Brigham Young's statement,
"It is easier to feed the indians than fight them"
and this
"tie them up, and put a bullet in their heads.."
happened. Maybe the Pony Express guy delivered the wrong letter?

On a side note, the house that was built on the site is just asking for some crazy poltergeist activity.
