To all those who have received their SAA Archaeological Record, look at the article about CRM being taught in universities. Brad is all crouched into the pits at North Creek. Props are given to Dr. J and Yoder for the photo. My question is "why does the article mention nothing about BYU, but features a photo of our very own Brad Newbold?" Lay-tar.

Yeah, I forgot to mention that. I was gonna do a post about it. Said caption also mentions OPA.
(when I showed it to Joel he said, "OPA really shouldn't have been mentioned, they didn't do much with North Creek.")
I distinctly remember gridding the initial test trench with Mr. Baker, and mapping with Mr. Talbot and Mr. Baker.
Granted, NC is mostly a Joel joint, but there was some OPA association.
That photo was actually supposed to be on the cover, but got bummped down last minute. That's why it got put in an article where it isn't acutally mentioned. The caption was the subject of some debate. I'll leave it at that. Yea for B-rad, you're now famous. And if you look at the bottom of the photo you can see my head. Yea for the back of my head.
I'm biased, but the NC photo is better than some girl standing on a mound of coconut husks. Brad is way prettier.
