GIS Class
I know this really only applies to those still at BYU, but I thought I'd let you know that the GIS class (Geog 503) has expanded to 14 seats...looks like we will be able to weasel our way into it after all!
Sweet! I can see ArcMap discounts now... ...wow...that was ultimate nerdy, wasn't it? But then, you know my mapping obsession, eh? "Look, look! I made a new colored dot on this ortho!..." Anyway...
Thanks Molly! Let's make sure we're all in it together--a merry band of archaeologists we shall be!
Heck yeah, Scott! That'd be awesome. The more personalized experience we can get, the better qualified we are to resume it...and there's really a lot that we'll never need to know. I'm a bit concerned about that aspect for the Geog. Dept version. Plus it's freakin' 4 credits! Who has time for that as an elective?!

Foiled! I just tried to add it and then realized that I can;t register until April.
Maybe I could find a way to get the department to allow me to teach GIS for archaelogists as an alternative either now or in the future. Feedback?
